RealAdvisor is seeking a hands-on Country Manager to scale our operations in Italy, acting as the local CEO.

This role carries full commercial ownership of revenue, team, P&L; and local execution, with a fully remote setup.
You will define strategy, recruit and lead a high-performance sales team (SDRs, BDRs, CSMs), manage budgets, and align with HQ on marketing, product and finance.
