Experteer Overview You will lead a landmark, high-impact infrastructure development in Sicily, overseeing end-to-end capital projects and coordinating a mix of real estate, stadium and commercial facilities. As a senior contributor, you'll align with the brand's strategy, manage external partners, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery with sustainability and regulatory compliance in focus. This on-site role blends project delivery with facilities management across a diverse asset portfolio. You'll report to governance and shape long-term maintenance and operating standards while advancing energy and environmental initiatives. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects Oversee high-value CAPEX programs across complex, mixed-use developments Coordinate feasibility, design management, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning Lead third-party contractors, consultants, and suppliers Ensure compliance with regulations, permitting, health & safety,



and environmental standards Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management Monitor budgets, timelines, risk, and QA/QC for efficient delivery and cost control Establish Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) strategies and long‐term infrastructure planning Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across assets Ensure readiness of Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and Normal Operating Procedures (NOP) Interface with authorities and stakeholders for approvals Report progress, financials, and risks to senior governance Promote sustainability initiatives, including energy optimization and waste reduction Apply tools and systems (Oracle FM, CFG standards) to infrastructure management Responsabilità Proven track record delivering complex capital projects from the client side Experience managing large, multidisciplinary external teams and contractors Strong contract management, procurement, and budget control Deep knowle
