Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel in Taormina, seeks an F&B; Coordinator to support the Food & Beverage Manager and the department in daily admin and operational activities. You will help manage correspondence, schedules, reports, and purchase orders, while coordinating guest requests and maintaining HACCP compliance.
You will also assist in inventory management, vendor deliveries, and staff coordination, ensuring outstanding service standards in a world-class luxury environment.
