Marsh is seeking aTransactional Risk Broker (M&A; Lawyer) based in Milan to join the Private Equity and M&A; practice. The role focuses on structuring insurance solutions for M&A; deals, negotiating with the insurance market, and advising clients during transactions.
You will work with PE firms, corporations, law firms and banks, supporting cross-border deals and growth of Marsh PEMA in Italy. The position offers hybrid work with office and client site time.
