Overview In this role you drive growth for Siemens Healthineers Lab Solutions in Liguria by building and executing the commercial strategy with cross‐functional teams. You identify new opportunities, manage the sales funnel, and ensure revenue and profit targets are met. You coordinate with marketing, service, and procurement to deliver compelling proposals and improve customer satisfaction. This is a hands‐on, impact‐focused role in a leading healthcare technology environment with opportunities to shape market penetration.Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Territory Manager to implement commercial strategies and hit regional sales and profit targets
- Identify new business opportunities and integrate them into the territory plan
- Monitor market dynamics and maintain competitive edge
- Manage sales funnel and KPIs via CRM to ensure revenue, profitability, market share, and win rates
- Coordinate with internal teams to design proposals, pricing, and business models and optimize terms
- Drive Installed Base Replacement program and manage End of Life planning




- Act as primary internal coordinator for customer activities with Marketing, Customer Service, Tender Office, Procurement
- Monitor NPS and initiate corrective actions to improve client satisfaction
- Launch initiatives (demos, collaborations, pricing changes) to boost market penetration

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
- Strong CRM fluency and ability to analyze KPIs and monitor P&L; impact
- Experience in identifying market opportunities and executing xrdztoy product lifecycle/replacement programs
- Ability to coordinate activities across Marketing, Customer Service, Tender Office, and Procurement
- Proven experience monitoring client satisfaction (NPS) and implementing corrective commercial actions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; fluent in English and Italian
