Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Head of Operations, LCIP to architect and enable a global Legal, Compliance and Intellectual Property operating model. You will lead strategy, deployment, governance and capability transfer across the LCIP function in a highly regulated medical device setting.
You will recruit and guide a high-performing Legal Operations team, embedding AI into core workflows while ensuring regulatory, privacy and risk compliance.
