Orient Express Roma is seeking a Commis de Rang to support the F&B; team in delivering exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences in line with HACCP and the hotel's standards of excellence.
You will assist with table settings, service and guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate clearing and a warm, guest-centric approach across shifts, including weekends and holidays. Italian and English language skills are required.
