We are looking for a hungry Business Development Manager to be based in Milan,



Italy with expectations to travel to our Southern Europe Hub in Barcelona and our HQ in London every few months.

In this role, you will support our Partner-based route-to-market. You will work closely with the Sales Team to expand our footprint in Italy and grow our installer network. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customers and wants to be part of disrupting the energy and mobility sectors with technology.

You will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week in Milan.

Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation
Identify and close opportunities with key players in the EV ecosystem (installers, car dealerships, etc.).
Proactively generate new leads through outbound sales activities, including cold calling and personalized outreach.
Qualify and convert inbound B2B and B2C leads, ensuring timely, professional follow-up and excellent customer experience.
Manage a pipeline of B2B pros
