THE OPPORTUNITY LabooshTM is a premium fashion brand building a bold visual identity through high-quality imagery, campaigns, and digital content — and we're growing our creative team. We're looking for an ambitious, results-driven Senior Social Media & Influencer Manager to own our end-to-end social strategy. You'll drive brand growth, engagement and sales — using generative AI tools and strong graphic design skills to produce high-converting content at scale, while independently running our influencer and affiliate pipeline. This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership. You will be the person responsible for how Laboosh looks and performs across social. WHAT YOU'LL DO Content creation & design — Conceptualize and produce premium graphic assets and short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. AI-powered production — Use generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, iterate visual concepts, write high-converting copy and streamline image editing. Strategy & planning — Build and execute a content calendar aligned to seasonal drops, fashion trends and brand campaigns. Influencer & ambassador management — Own influencer marketing end to end: identification, outreach, negotiation, contract terms, campaign execution and product seeding. Affiliate & revenue operations — Build and manage affiliate programs (LTK, Shopify Collabs, Impact), issue custom links and codes, and track performance to maximize revenue. Community & growth — Direct community management, moderate discussions and maintain brand voice across all channels and markets. Analytics & reporting — Track KPIs, ROI on ad and influenc
