The role has a functional reporting line to the Group Accounting team at Headquarters in Zurich:
Support technical accounting activities by preparing IFRS analyses, accounting memos, and maintaining the Group Accounting Manual.
Review consolidated reporting packages, monitor monthly closing activities, analyze variances, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including IFRS 18 implementation, Tagetik enhancements,



and Chart of Accounts projects.
Collaborate with local finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders, providing technical accounting guidance and supporting knowledge sharing.
Identify accounting risks and improvement opportunities, escalating complex matters to Group Accounting leadership when required.
Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field, and qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
At least 4–5 years of experience in a Big Four audit firm with a focus on IFRS and Group audits; experience in Group Accounting is a plus.
Solid knowledge of consolidated financial statements, Group consolidation processes, and international multi-entity environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess accounting issues, identify risks, and propose practical solutions.
