For our Client JUVISE’ an International pharmaceutical company Pharma Point is looking for a:
COUNTRY LEAD ITALY

The Country Lead is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s operations within Italy. As a Country Lead in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Drive business growth by expanding into new markets and optimizing operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, customers, suppliers, and partners.
Team Management:
Oversee employees and contractors, managing their performance and development.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
In-depth knowledge of Italian’s culture, customs, and business practices.
Fluency in Italian and English.

Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Ensure compliance with local regulations.
