Within the CAB Purchasing team, the resource will be responsible for managing a complete product line in terms of both operative and strategic tasks.
Lead supplier evaluation, selection and sourcing activities for assigned CAB commodities (Steel and Components),



while supporting regional and global sourcing projects in collaboration with commodity teams.
Negotiate, implement and manage Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), achieving commercial savings, raw material recovery and total cost reduction objectives while supporting business priorities.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, cost drivers, capacity constraints, technology advancements and supplier performance to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement roles
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Applied Contract: CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro Iveco Group
Grade: 2° Gruppo Qualificato
Variable payment as per CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro Iveco Group
