Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior HSE Specialist to join the Service Business Unit based in Lodi, Italy. The role focuses on supporting the development of a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of HSE performance.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Spread the HSE culture through the organization and raise awareness of relevant documentation and tools.
- Collect and report HSE performance indicators; apply corporate reporting tools and instructions, and develop HSE projects.
- Implement local and corporate HSE standards and guidelines.
- Perform assessments on HSE topics and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
- Engage safety representatives, RLS, and the company doctor.
- Implement the HSE management system using existing tools or define new ones (e.g., contractor management and qualification, training, instructions and procedure updates).




- Monitor HSE training needs based on employees’ specific skills and support administrative tasks post training delivery.
- Manage administrative tasks related to waste management.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HSE role.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation processes, and audit practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001 standards is a plus.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to engage and influence teams at different levels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of Engli
