Accountabilities:

As a Software Craftsperson, you will take ownership of designing, developing,



and improving production systems while following strong engineering principles. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user needs to delivering reliable solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies, including Node.js, React.js, and AI-powered development tools.
- Apply software craftsmanship practices such as test-driven development, clean code principles, refactoring, and continuous delivery.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, including front-end development, back-end services, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate through pair programming, peer reviews, and proactive teamwork to continuously improve engineering quality.
- Work closely with product teams to understand problems, define solutions, and deliver impactful features and improvements.
