The Reciprocating Compressor (RC) Team is working on the growth of the historic product line, aiming to take it to the next level.
We need a proactive and energetic individual with deep understanding of RC space, to become the person who leads and sets the rhythm for key growth initiatives, including:
- Drive external collaborations/agreements/partnerships and M&A; activities to strengthen product positioning and global network.
- Drive the supply chain evolution and enhancement to maximize competitiveness.
- Drive Strategy Deployment to accomplish the business plan and achieve financial targets.
- Support the must win process to maximize commercial intensity.
- Support the Long-Range-Plan (LRP) for product strategy def
