How can you make a difference?

You can make a difference by ensuring timely, transparent, and value-driven procurement services that enable UNICEF’s fundraising and operational activities. Through effective procurement planning, sourcing, contracting,



stakeholder engagement, and supplier management, you will help meet business needs, strengthen compliance, and support the delivery of results for children worldwide.
- Review and process procurement requests for compliance and completeness.
- Manage sourcing, solicitation, evaluation, and contracting activities.
- Provide procurement guidance to internal clients and vendors.
- Support procurement planning, market research, and sourcing strategies.
- Prepare and administer contracts, LTAs, and purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance and contract delivery.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate Contract Review Committee (CRC) processes.
- Monitor procurement commitments and operational reporting.
- Support the day-to-day administration of procurement operations.
