YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Process Engineer with
Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering
Team at Technogym HQ (Italy, Cesena).

In this role,



you will work in a cross-functional team and cooperate with all
departments on new product development and manufacturing projects, coordinating
internal or external resources. Leadership and passion will make a difference

YOUR IMPACT

* New products start up
* Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety,
quality, and costs
* Define factory and assembly line layout
* Define internal logistic flows
* Define production Standard Time
* Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and
monitoring progress

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while
also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical
Diploma
* Experience in new product startup
* Experience in assembly process
* Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of
Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Pok
