Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine cerca un/una Cell Therapy Account Management Specialist (ruolo di territorio) da assumere con tempo indeterminato nella commercial unit CarT, con responsabilità sul territorio del Centro Nord. La figura, dedicata alle terapie CAR‑T del Mieloma Multiplo, fungerà da contatto principale per i centri certificati Carvykti assegnati e ne guiderà lo sviluppo strategico ed operativo.

Responsabilità principali
Come attività principale (circa 80% del tempo):
- Agire come principale referente tra i centri certificati J&J;, gli stakeholder del sito e il management per coordinare, mantenere e implementare eventuali cambiamenti dei processi operativi;
- Definire e implementare strategie per ottimizzare l'utilizzo degli slot e lo sviluppo della capacità, con focus sul massimo uptake di Carvykti;
- Operare per garantire il booking del 100% degli slot nei siti certificati/attivati, inclusa la gestione di overbooking e dei potenziali colli di bot
