As a Global Front End Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for
- Contributing to drive cross commodity and business oriented initiatives to streamline business processes and standards
- Capturing of COQ (Cost of Quality) and VR (Vendor Recovery)
- Drive a supplier strategy governance to align expectations and capacity on qualification activities serving deflation projects and cost out activities.
- Suppliers’ Scorecards
- Suppliers’ Capability Matrix
- Acting as a specialized escalation resource for critical, cross-plant supplier quality issues, providing flexible, on-demand leadership and applying advanced problem-solving methodologies to resolve high-impact supply disruptions
- Driving improvement initiatives to top offender suppliers on a global scale to reduce the number of disturbances/nonconformances to BH facilities
- Being the project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigge
