The Job:
As the Regional Category Specialist you’ll be part of our Logistics Procurement team. You’ll get to:
- Serve as the go-to person for the business on a daily basis by identifying external storage capacity, 3PL integrated warehousing solutions, and cross-dock set-ups.
- Launch 3PL warehousing tenders (RFQs), evaluate commercial offers, and present recommendations and results to the business.




- Lead warehousing negotiations and manage 3PL contracting in close coordination with operations, legal, controllership/finance, compliance, and IT teams to translate business requirements and KPIs into Service Level Agreements and Scopes of Work.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardized Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and reporting frameworks for 3PL warehouse activities.
- Manage strategic relationships with existing logistics partners across the EMEA ANZ region and support internal stakeholders on day-to-day operational requirements.
- Update KPI dashboards and facilitate regular performance and business reviews with 3PL partners to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify warehousing optimization opportunities by engaging with local Stanley Black & Decker entities through face-to-face meetings and conference calls to understand operational needs.
