Buccellati is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 1919, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. The Maison has been part of the global luxury group Richemont since September 2019 and the Buccellati family is still present in the Company to perpetuate its style and unparalleled craftsmanship tradition.
For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for an Event & Comm Trainee to join our PR & Communication Department.The intern will be part of the PR & Communication Team and will provide support in many different daily activities.
In particular,



the intern will provide daily support to the Team, in the following activities:

Corporate, Retail and Trade events:
- Dynamic planning of events to promote and bring awareness to the Maisons and its collections
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to uphold the Maison’s luxury standards
- Support on the event planning from briefing to the organization and development.
- Corporate material supply and logistics aspects (visuals, invitations, gifts, table setting…)
- Coordination and follow up with suppliers and production agencies
- support managing the guest list and on-site activities during the event
- Supervision and support of events organized locally by other markets.
- Complete the post event report and supervise all other countries event reports.

Trade communication:
- Fully support on the communication plan and implementation of each trade client.
- Supervise that the Maison is correctly represent
