YOUR MISSION
As the Team Lead Software Engineering, you will play a key role in driving technical excellence, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. You’ll lead a team of skilled engineers, setting the technical vision while maintaining a balance between leadership responsibilities and hands-on mentality.




- Guide and mentor a team of software engineers to achieve project goals and professional growth.
- Shape the technical direction andsupportthe development of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to deliver aligned and innovative solutions.
- Proactively communicate technical challenges and risks to the broader department,advocating forsolutions and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Promote best practices, code quality standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into the team’s workflows and products.
