Lead Transformation on the defined perimeter of the plant and support manufacturing excellence projects / transformational initiatives, as well as promoting digital transformation

Ensure the proper deployment of the methodology (digital and operational excellence)

Leads the creation of implementation plans (TIP) and recommends the most appropriate processes, methods, and tools.

Knows Lean Management, and applies its methodology (5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
