Italy-Based Project Manager

Currie & Brown Italia is seeking a Project Manager for its Milan office.
Requirements Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification).
3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value
Excellent technical writing skills, client-facing abilities, and communication skills (both internal and external).
Strong team-working attitude, reliability, and operational flexibility.
Excellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian.
Responsibilities Support the management of design and construction phases of projects.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and building management and safety consultants.
Lead design coordination in relation to design guidelines and constraints.




Maintain effective communication to ensure all project information is available for successful delivery; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient control.
Support cost management activities.
Deliver all project outputs accurately and on time.
Conduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients.
Manage procurement activities.
Carry out snagging activities.
Manage and coordinate site activities.
