Finatal is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead the standalone finance function during a transformation journey. Based in Italy, you will partner with the CEO, Exec Team, and PE sponsor to shape strategy, build scalable finance processes, and manage FP&A;, controls, treasury, and reporting across a multi-entity software platform.
You will drive profitability, capital structure optimization, and performance management while supporting organic and acquisitive growth.
