Experteer Overview As an Automation Project Leader you drive end-to-end automation projects across Iberia & South Europe, guiding upgrade initiatives and stand‐alone automation endeavors from order to customer take‐over. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, manage customer relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency. This role offers global exposure within a supportive PS&E; Automation and Solutions group, with travel up to 30%. You'll shape project execution, foster continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture of innovation and inclusion.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead and deliver automation projects from inception to customer take‐over, coordinating with team, stakeholders, and customers
- Drive upgrades portfolio and act as project manager for stand‐alone automation initiatives
- Manage daily operations and people development within the team
- Build and maintain strong customer relations and lead technical discussions, including quotations and presentations




- Oversee electrical design and supervision for complex projects (cabinets, prefabs, on‐site installations)
- Contribute to continuous improvements and operational excellence in efficiency and quality
- Proactively analyze, decide, and act to move projects forward

Responsabilità
- Experience in project leadership within industrial automation (minimum 5 years)
- Good understanding of Plant Automation Technology
- Knowledge of virtualization and xrdztoy programming in HMI (Wonderware, Ignition, Siemens) and PLC (Siemens, Rockwell); MES experience plus databases is a strong merit
- Technical university degree or equivalent education
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
