As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our current and future recruitment needs to support Data4’s growth across Europe. Your responsibilities include searching job boards, social media and other sites to identify potential candidates,



sending recruiting emails and participating in the recruitment of future employees. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill or high-volume positions using various sourcing techniques such as: market research / mapping, job boards, social media, networking events, referral programs and other channels,
Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking System,
Identify future hiring needs, co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy and proactively source potential hires,
Track and report recruitment metrics
Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to identify each position’s requirements,
Select candidates and recommend shortlists to hiring managers;
Communicate with active and passive candidates regarding new job opportunities,
Schedule and coordinate intervi
