We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Intern The selected candidate will report to the Manager Human Resources Operations.

The Intern – Human Resources Operations will gain exposure through:
- Assisting in the maintenance and regular updating of employee records and HR databases
- Supporting offboarding procedures, including documentation handling and system updates




- Coordinating leave management and tracking employee attendance
- Assisting with HR audits and with ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Participating in HR process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- Helping to plan and execute quarterly employee engagement activities and events, including collecting post-event feedback for future improvements

Candidate profile:
- Currently following a degree or a professional qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive working attitude with a result-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage
