We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Consultant - Salesforce. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager – Core Solutions and Services.

The Senior Consultant - Salesforce will be responsible for:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; conducting workshops; preparing user stories and functional specifications; performing gap analyses; and recommending Salesforce best practices.
- Designing,



configuring, and enhancing Salesforce solutions, including platform configuration, automation, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Supporting end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including solution design, data migration, testing, UAT, deployments, releases, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Managing assigned workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, quality documentation, stakeholder communication, and effective user support and training.
- Developing reports and analytics, driving continuous platform improvements, and supporting roadmap planning, pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
