As a Solution Architect, you will shape and continuously enhance our global supply chain planning solutions, bridging business needs and IT capabilities with Kinaxis at the core.

100% office based. The position will be filled in Lachen (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria), relocation only to Vienna.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end solution design for group-wide planning solutions at Octapharma, with a focus on Kinaxis
- Leading Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and project delivery
- Partnering with business process leads and super users to design, standardize, and optimize planning processes




- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change requests in daily operations
- Acting as the primary point of contact for super users and overseeing application support
- Managing and coordinating external consultants

Your expertise and ideal skill set
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning consulting
- Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro
- Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, with a structured and highly organized working style
