Fedrigoni is seeking a seasoned Plant HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives across a multinational manufacturing environment in Italy. Based in Arco (TN), you will partner with leaders to align HR strategy with operational goals and manage complex employee relations.
You will lead negotiations with local and regional trade unions, ensure compliance with Italian labor law, and guide managers on performance, development and engagement to build high-performing teams.
