Postdoctoral Position in Precision Immuno-Oncology
The Precision Immuno-Oncology Laboratory is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Post Doc. The candidate will take a leading role in a 3-year research project aimed at developing a personalized platform for adoptive T cell therapy in solid tumors, with the goal of advancing precision immunotherapy toward clinical translation. The selected candidate will be expected to work with scientific autonomy, contribute to the experimental and strategic direction of the project, and participate in the mentorship of junior lab members.
Main Responsibilities
Processing and handling of patient-derived biological samples according to established protocols
Generation and maintenance of primary cell cultures, including patient-derived immune cells and organoids
Application and further development of molecular biology and cell engineering techniques within the project workflow
Driving the optimization and troubleshooting of experimental protocols




Contributing to the interpretation of results and the preparation of scientific manuscripts and presentations
Co-supervising junior researchers
Accurate documentation of experimental procedures and results
Updating and maintaining databases of patient samples and reagents
Profile
PhD in molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedicine, immunology, or a related discipline
Prior postdoctoral experience is considered an advantage
Hands‐on experience in molecular biology techniques, including viral vector production or transduction of mammalian cells, and in cell biology is essential
Knowledge of immunology and T cell biology or oncology is highly desirable
Experience with flow cytometry is a plus
International research experience is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of experimental tasks
Track record of scientific output (publications and/or pres
