The Project Manager will be responsible for gathering, evaluating and prioritizing project requirements received from the team by collecting information, conducting analysis and determining the priorities based on business goals. Description
Plan, execute and monitor projects to accurately gather requirements
Manage schedules and resources, organize progress meetings and evaluate project needs by strategic importance, feasibility and impact
Review tender documents and prepare technical responses for public and private tenders, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met
Maintain and update all project and tender documentation, including progress reports to senior management
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders,



working closely with technical, quality, legal, commercial and administrative departments, to collect all relevant information required for tender preparation and management
Monitor tender deadlines and requirements, ensure responses meet standards and record agreed improvement proposals
Deliver operational assistance for daily project management, ensuring that all activities align with established priorities and that objectives are met within designated timeframes.
Monitor and coordinate bonds, payment terms, banking arrangements, xrdztoy and freight forwarders
Negotiate documentary credits
Profile
Technical master's degree
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in similar roles in manufacturing or energy industry
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of SAP management system
Knowledge of MS Project is c
