Il Pelagone Hotel & Golf Resort, set in the Tuscan countryside near Follonica, seeks a Revenue Manager to own all revenue management for the property. You'll drive rate strategies across rooms and packages, optimise pricing in the RM system, and ensure parity across direct channels and OTAs.
You'll build forecasts with the GM and Sales & Marketing, monitor performance metrics like RevPAR and occupancy, and work closely with marketing on seasonal offers for golf and wellness packages.
