Reporting to: Manager, Social Media Location: Milan About the Role We are seeking an experienced Social Media Executive to drive Ninja Kitchen's influencer strategy in the Italian market across always-on and campaign activity. This role is ideal for someone who understands the influencer ecosystem and is ready to take ownership of programmes, relationships, and processes.



You will manage influencer activity end to end, from scouting and contracting through to execution and reporting, helping shape how Ninja appears in culture across Italy. If you are commercially minded, highly organized, and confident working with creators, this is a great opportunity within a high‐performing team. What You'll Be Doing Influencer Scouting & Talent Mapping: Proactively identify, assess, and recommend creators across platforms in Italy, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline Negotiation & Contracting: Lead fee negotiations, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines, working with Legal and Procurement where required Influencer Seeding & Gifting: Own proactive and reactive seeding and gifting programmes, ensuring product is placed with the right creators at the right moments Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with crea
