We're hiring an IT Specialist - Europe & Canada. Atlantic Gate is looking for a proactive IT Specialist to join our growing team, based in Genoa, Italy, and strengthen our IT capabilities across Europe and Canada. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to exciting IT projects across the business. What You'll Do Provide hands-on IT helpdesk support to internal users Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Linux servers, and internal systems Manage and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, switches, and servers Support remote environments (Citrix, VDI, Remote Desktop) Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and IT infrastructure Participate in and deliver IT projects,



including documentation and planning Perform regular system maintenance and improvements What You Bring Degree in Computer Science or related field First experience in IT support or system administration (1+ year) Solid knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and IT support tools Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Fluent in English Nice To Have Certifications like CCNA or ITIL Experience in logistics or freight forwarding environments Why join us?
