Job Purpose The resource will be part of the IT HR department. This team supports the HR function from a technical perspective to manage and support topics such as HR tools in use, technological infrastructures, data security, daily operations, and the implementation of new technological solutions to optimize business processes. The candidate sought is an IT HR Lead with a specific focus on SAP SuccessFactors and Workday platforms as a plus.
Responsibilities Functional analysis of new business requirements
Analysis and testing of new functionalities and reports
Maintenance and monitoring of the global data model and objects
User assistance




Knowledge and Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science / engineering / economics
Ideally 3-4 years of experience within the IT HR domain as Analyst / Specialist in a company or consultancy
Fluency in Italian and English
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Workday platforms
Data migration experience
