Quality Ecosystem Lead

Responsibilities
Define ecosystem specific COS standards for QA/QC in collaboration with OE, site, and functional stakeholders.
Oversee installation and continuous improvement of the CSL Operation System at site or supported functions through Gemba, site visits, and maturity assessments.
Support value delivery of the ecosystem interacting with all sites or full functional team from T4 to T1.
Support deployment of Structured Problem‐Solving tools as well as Lean and Six Sigma as appropriate.
Define content specific to each function, identify and support resolution of interdependencies, manage stakeholder relationships, and update standards/playbooks in alignment with OE and Core Teams.
Partner with site & functional leadership to build maturity; support maturity build & value; identify required efforts in collaboration with OE; plan and execute future deployments; calibrate maturity assessment through site visits.
Monitor value capture and drive accountability; plan strategy, prioritize, budget; contribute to key initiatives.




Implement tiered meeting cascade and CBN/CI review within function; coach effectiveness of T4 team.
Lead key cross-site initiatives arising from T4 CBN/CI review.
Prioritize development of others through coaching and feedback.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and elimination of non‐value added activities.
Provide a positive and equitable working environment emphasizing CSL Values: Customer Focus, Innovation, Integrity, Collaboration, and Superior Performance.
Comply with requirements from CSL Behring's Safety Program, including Health and Safety mandates and OSHA requirements.
Complete any other duties and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor or BS degree in a Technical or Business Field with 10+ years' experience; master's degree in business administration or technical discipline preferred.
Lean and Six Sigma proficiency pref
