You will manage the online store, drive conversion optimisation and coordinate with marketing, logistics and customer care teams. This is a key role in the company's digital transformation journey, blending Italian craftsmanship with modern retail technology. Responsibilities Manage the Shopify Plus e-commerce platform end-to-end Define and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies Coordinate product launches,



seasonal campaigns and sale events online Analyse customer behaviour data and translate insights into action Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies for paid acquisition Oversee customer experience from browsing to post-purchase Must‐have Requirements 3+ years experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify preferred) Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Hotjar and A/B testing tools Experience managing digital marketing budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Understanding of fashion/luxury consumer behaviour Fluent Italian and English Nice‐to‐have Requirements Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing automation Knowledge xrdztoy of SEO for e-commerce Experience with international markets and multi-currency setups Understanding of fashion supply chain and drop management Personal Requirements Creative thinker with strong commercial instinct Passion for fashion and Italian craftsmanship Excellent organisational skills managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Interested in this position?
