Chase IT Global in Ravenna is seeking a hands-on IT Service Delivery Specialist for a 6-month on-site contract. You will be the primary point of contact for end-user IT support, infrastructure maintenance, and service delivery across the site.
The role requires fluency in Italian and English, flexibility to cover extended hours, weekends and holidays as needed, and a proactive approach to resolving issues using ServiceNow and standard Windows/macOS environments.
