The Manager of Communications, PR and Marketing is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the hotel's communication, public relations, branding, and marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand positioning within the luxury segment and the achievement of the property's commercial and reputational objectives. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing , this role leads all marketing and communication activities aimed at increasing brand visibility, strengthening the hotel's perception in target markets, and supporting revenue growth through integrated campaigns and high-profile initiatives.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and implement the annual Marketing, Communications, and PR plan in line with the hotel's business objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels.
Develop innovative strategies to strengthen the hotel's positioning within the luxury and ultra-luxury segments.
Manage the marketing budget and continuously monitor ROI.
Communications & Public Relations




Develop and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, influencers, opinion leaders, and strategic partners.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, newsletters, and corporate content.
Organize press trips, media events, familiarization trips (FAM trips), and high-level networking activities.
Manage crisis communication activities in collaboration with Executive Management.
Oversee the hotel's digital strategy, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all visual and editorial content.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and media agencies to maximize brand visibility.
Partnerships & Events
Identify partnership opportunities with luxury brands, institutions, associations, and relevant stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate exclusive events, launches, collaborations, and brand awarene
