Overview
We are looking for Italian‐speaking Customer Service Agents to join a global customer support team based in Athens, Greece. All roles are based in Greece; even remote positions require relocation to and work from within Greece.
Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with delivery updates, shipment tracking, and service inquiries
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
Native / C2 level Italian




Good level of English
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
Customer‐focused mindset
Willingness to relocate to Greece
