Become a key member of our Milan Sales Team while working remotely from Valle d'Aosta. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and culture of a dynamic and ambitious team. As a key member of the Milan team, you will collaborate with colleagues to drive our mission forward while fostering a motivated and innovative work environment.
Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.




Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
For a mid‑level Sales Manager based remotely in Valle d'Aosta, the typical starting range we offer is an OTE (on-target earnings) of 41 000€ – 48 260€ gross per year; Your variable pay rewards results and comes with real upside: strong over‑achievement is boosted by a multiplier of up to 1.3 ×, and there is significant headroom to earn well beyond target, up to 350% of your variable target.
We hire this role at different levels. If your experience points to a more junior or senior level, the title, scope and package are adjusted accordingly. High level of self‑motivation and ability to convince our hosts both on the phone (cold calling) and face to face.
