This is a pivotal position within the Global Marketing Excellence model, playing a key role in enabling a “one company approach” across global brand teams, marketing excellence,
and local trade marketing teams.
Project & Process Management
Lead and structure the marketing planning process (global commercial initiatives, / OB cycle / NPD launches) ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Define clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables for global and local initiatives
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying bottlenecks and risks
Implement tools and methodologies to improve project management efficiency and execution quality
HQ–Markets Communication Orchestration
Act as the primary interface between Global Marketing, Trade Marketing, and local markets
Design and manage a clear, structured, and continuous communication model
Driving Marketing Excellence & Time to Market
Translate brand strategies into clear and actionable toolkits for local implementation
Support trade marketing teams in adapting global initiatives into effective local activations (on/off trade, P
