Shares of the parent company Davide Campari - Milano N.V. are listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2001. The Liquid R&D; Scientist will support research and development (R&D;) initiatives within Aperitifs and other relevant product categories.
Support projects by batching new formulations and/or testing new processes.
Support in ingredient qualifications with batching, trials, and testing.
Support in renovation projects that may explore alternate formulations, ingredients, suppliers and/or processes.
Support plants and/or comanufacturers on product and process optimization.
Request and organize necessary technical and regulatory compliance documentation from suppliers.




Execute accelerated stability testing and analyze results to predict shelf life and/or stability of products.
Manage across multiple systems documentation control of all necessary ingredients, technical information, process directions, and formulations.
Define and populate product specifications within a global centralized system.
Input liquid bills of material within a global centralized system.
Support in first production of products to ensure successful industrialization.
Support pilot scale operations from blending, filtration, carbonation, bottling, and general maintenance.
Laboratories
Experience Required
1-2 years of product development and/or laboratory experience is preferred.
Education / Professional Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or other scientific discipline.

Good chemistry and mathematical skills are required.
