Children’s Class Instructor / Team Member (18+)

The Little Gym of Naples is hiring dependable, energetic team members to lead structured, movement-based classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. This is a fast-paced, active role focused on teaching, engagement, and creating a positive learning environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead children through curriculum-based gymnastics and movement classes
Create a safe, structured, and engaging environment
Work as part of a supportive team focused on child development and customer experience
Build relationships with children and families in your community
Participate in ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable actively leading and engaging groups of children
Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits
Positive, team-oriented attitude




Ability to follow structure while bringing energy and enthusiasm
Interest in education, child development, coaching, or related fields is a plus
