ppWe are seeking a Maritime Engineering Planner to support operational planning, readiness objectives, and exercise execution on behalf of the Force Engineer. The role involves developing comprehensive design, planning, and execution products that enable force allocation decisions, future employment strategies, and operational-level coordination. Candidates will provide expert guidance rooted in deep experience with Military Construction (MILCON) processes, installation management, acquisition pathways, and service-contract alignment for Naval installations and expeditionary construction capabilities. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in United States Navy or Department of Defense construction programs or contract administration /li li5+ years of experience developing and managing complex expeditionary operations for Navy or Marine Corps combat engineering /li liExperience using Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel /li liKnowledge of DoD financial regulations, policies, and procedures /li liAbility to travel internationally up to 20% of the time /li liBachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program /li liSecret clearance (or ability to obtain) /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with DoD financial management systems /li liExperience with the five stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC)
/li liExperience with Joint Training Tool /li liExperience on a U.S. Navy Fleet or Marine Expeditionary Force or higher echelon staff /li liKnowledge of Europe or Africa areas of responsibility /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills /li liCompletion of Maritime Planning courses supporting Fleet or Joint operations or Expeditionary operations /li /ul h3Clearance /h3 pApplicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is required. /p h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pSalary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, experience, and contractual requirements.
