You’ll work closely with our CS Management team to support, engage, and grow our customer base, ensuring they get the most out of Crono – and have an amazing experience doing so.This role is the perfect launchpad if you're curious about the world of SaaS, want to develop real skills (not just get coffee), and love working with people.Your MissionOwn Relationships→ Support the CS Management team in building meaningful, trust-based relationships with customers.Solve Problems→ Proactively understand user needs, flag roadblocks, and help design solutions that matter.Drive Value→ Support customers in reaching their goals through data, guidance, and tailored resources (guides, playbooks, etc).Co-create Processes→ Help us improve the way we onboard, support, and retain customers by making things smarter and smoother.Collaborate Across Teams→ Work side-by-side with sales, product,
