YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. Yellowsquare is a growing company with new openings in many of the major Italian cities. We are looking for an open-minded young mind, able to add some flavour to our Yellow vibe as a **Customer Service Assistant** to manage customer queries, reviews and complaints. You will also be asked to create, modify, and update reservations, answer reviews and distribute information in between our structures, working always next to a supervisor that will guide you through the different scenarios. **Requirements**: - Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: working time and hours;
- Excellence in customer service;




- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Italian and Spanish we offer a Stage - Internship for 3 - 6 months, Tempo pieno 40h, 800 euro **Job Type**: Internship
