Job Description Position: Last-Mile Delivery Partners Sourcing Manager About i Mile i Mile is an international e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery company, operating in over 30 countries worldwide. With strong expertise in cross-border e-commerce, i Mile provides reliable, flexible, and technology-driven last-mile delivery solutions. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Last-Mile Supplier Sourcing Manager to manage and optimize our last-mile delivery resource in Italy. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing delivery network, managing delivery partners and service providers, optimizing network capacity and costs, and ensuring strong operational performance across all stations. Job Responsibilities Develop and expand the last-mile delivery partner network across Italy. Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified DSPs, courier companies, and transportation providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners to ensure stable delivery capacity. Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and service agreements. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Conduct market research to identify potential delivery partners and new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales,



and other internal teams to support business growth, network expansion, and daily operations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, express delivery, or last-mile delivery. Proven experience in supplier sourcing, carrier procurement, vendor management, or logistics network development. Strong knowledge of the Italian logistics market and local delivery partner landscape. Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination, and project management skills. Strong business development and problem-solving capabilities. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel within Italy as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, express delivery, parcel delivery, or logistics platforms . Experience with CSP/vendor sourcing and contract negotiation . Experience managing a large-scale delivery network across multiple cities or regions. Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or other data-analysis tools.
